The Church building and events are managed by the Friends of Papworth St Agnes Church (FOPSAC) on behalf of the Friends of Friendless Churches.

Committee members are normally re-elected at the AGM which is held immediately after The Village Meeting at the end of March.

Regular meetings are held to organise the various fund raising/social events, to ensure the grass-cutting rota is in operation and to organise repairs
