Life insurance can provide peace of mind to your family by admin

I have recently been thinking about whether or not i should get a life insurance policy. I want a way to provide my family with the peace of mind that they deserve. I want them to know that whatever happens they will have a financial safety net, and that i have provided them with a comfortable future. Life insurance seems to be the best way to do that. At first i thought i would just get a cheap policy because i don't want to spend a fortune every month, but then i realised that it is better to get a comprehensive life insurance package so that i will know for certain that whatever happens to me, my loved ones will be provided for.

Last week i started investigating about how much life insurance would cost with a reputable insurance company like LV. I went on their website and got an amazing life insurance quote.

Traffic Lights in South Africa by admin

In South Africa it has become commonplace for thieves to steal the SIM cards from traffic lights which one can imagine is a rather dangerous hobby. The SIM card stealing trend is most predominant in Johannesburg where most of the SIM cards have been stolen from the city’s traffic lights. Johannesburg has developed a variety of measures to protect people from theft such as installing electric fences, having armed security patrols patrolling the city, and building high walls to protect property. These measures have proved rather successful in thwarting the attempts of burglars in the majority of situations. The government and the security services did not anticipate the theft of SIM cards from traffic lights however which has now become a regular past-time for criminals. The SIM cards are used by the burglars to make phone calls that amount to millions of South African rand, lucky gu10 led's cannot be used for such a purpose!

Over the past two months, two thirds of the 600 high-tech traffic lights have been affected by these thefts which has caused accidents and traffic jams for motorists. The spokesman for the Johannesburg road agency, Thulani Makhubela, said that the robberies have been “systematic and co-ordinated” which suggests there may be a syndicate executing them. Makhubela added, “They know which signals to target, they clearly have information”. Repairing the traffic lights is an expensive business, eacy light costing about 22,000 rand to fix, which is roughly £2,095.

Tier 1 and the Internet by admin

The roots of the Internet can be traced back to research that was conducted in the 1960s. Commissioned by the United States government, private commercial interests also had a part to play in building the fault-tolerant, robust, and distributed computer networks that came to form the Internet. In the 1980s, the National Science Foundation, a new United States backbone, provided a great deal of funding for the creation of the Internet. Participation in the development of the Internet really took off when private funding for similar commercial backbones took off. By the 1990’s, what had been a system of interconnected networks became a fully-fledged commercialised international network, and subsequently Tier 1’s were introduced.

The popularization of the Internet took off in the 1990s when it became incorporated into every day human life. Now, at the click of the button, one can find out almost whatever they would like. More than 2.1 billion people use Internet services as of 2011, that is a staggering third of the Earth’s population!

Hot Dates by admin

I've had a series of very hot dates with a very interesting, charming and beautiful lady recently and I'm really ready to make that step to make things more official...

... but in all honesty I'm a bit nervous and perplexed about how to go about it. We've been seeing each other for coming up to about 6 weeks now, and we're really into each other, I'm ready to make it an exclusive thing.

I don't really know how to do it though. I guess I should just line up a really amazing date and tell her how much I like her and that I want us to be exclusive, hopefully she'll agree.

I'm so nervous! I even looked for advice on dating sites and the Vibrations Direct Shop, but that's more for playful things than serious! I don't know why I'm sweating it so much, it's not like I'm telling her I'm actually married or have a kid or something.

Distractions! by admin

I'm supposed to be applying for jobs online, I have loads of adizar.co.uk job ad windows open but I'm getting totally distracted by all the news about the Costa Concordia in Italy.

The huge cruise liner ran aground a week ago now, on January 13th 2012, after hitting a reef at Isola del Giglio, Tuscany. The 4197 people on board were evacuated but at least 11 people have been confirmed dead, with 21 people still missing.

There were 64 people injured and some harrowing stories have come out of the disaster. There have also been rescue stories too; a South Korean honeymoon couple and an injured crew member were saved after being trapped below deck on Sunday, two days after the wreck.

Ship captain Francesco Schettino has been arrested on preliminary charges of multiple manslaughter, failure to assist passengers and abandonment of ship. He denies the charges and blames the disaster on a faulty tourist navigation system.
